Our role is to support, motivate and empower you to take ownership of your own health and wellbeing from fitness and nutrition to massage and muscle rehabilitation to serving your inner spiritual wellness.

We also specialise in women’s health and offer support and wellness programmes designed specifically to support women with their health and wellbeing, regardless of age or stage in life.

Body Balance Gym

Our fully equipped gym offers a personal touch from our friendly team who are on hand to support you to our welcoming, positive vibe to work out in–the space is complete with a choice of cardio machines, functional training zones and free weights areas plus a selection of group fitness classes and personal training options. We're not just a gym–we believe in holistic care for mind, body & soul.

Body Balance Clinic

Our clinic offers rest and rejuvenation–from traditional body massage to reflexology to aroma touch. And for those with specific needs we specialise in sports injury, rehabilitation and pain management. We also host health & fitness programmes combining nutrition, fitness & more; women's health and menopause workshops and a range of soulful wellness events.


Body Balance Gym & Clinic is the vision of Kim Richards, our founder. Kim has been a passionate advocate for championing a holistic approach to fitness, health and wellbeing since the late 90s and has a wealth of experience, qualifications and skills in supporting her clients across all three areas. Kim's vision is around creating a welcoming and supportive community hub that centres health and wellbeing and offers a range of services, programmes and events. 

Wherever you are with your health and wellbeing journey, Kim and her team are here to support you. 

GYM & Memberships

Choose from gym only to gym & class memberships with no minimum contracts - members enjoy special rates on all our programmes and Body Balance Clinic treatments.


We have a variety of regular group exercise and wellbeing classes from mindful movement, pilates, yoga and breath work to circuits, boxfit, pump and suspension training. 


We host fitness, health & wellbeing programmes, workshops and events from a 12 week group programme to full moon aerial yoga + sound baths to cold water workshops to women's circles.


Our therapists cater for a range of needs - whether that's a relaxing full body massage, rehab after illness or injury, support with pain management or support with menopause. 


I have been seeing Kim for about 6 months. I have had great results and lost 2 1/2 stone. I am the wrong side of 50 and found Kim’s interest in this age group refreshing. We have talked a lot about hormones and the dreaded M word. I can’t wait for the start of her Woman’s clinic so she can help me even more.
