BODY BALANCE CLASSES

We offer a range of fitness classes here at Body Balance, whether you're in need of high energy group exercise classes like Boxfit and Pump or something a bit slower paced such as pilates or yoga, we have something to suit most fitness levels, physical abilities and energies. Classes can be booked on a pay as you go basis to block bookings and for members all classes are included in your membership if you have a Gym & Classes Membership.

Tuesdays & Thursdays 06.00 - 06.45

Bootcamp

Book single sessions or 6 week blocks 

Classes are varied and incorporate suspension training, HIIT training, slam ball, boxing, fit test and circuits.
Everyone works at their own level and are part of a super friendly and fun team. 

Tuesdays 09:15 - 10:00

Lift

A 45 minute class focused on toning and fat burning using various weight based exercises and cardio - great for reducing body fat, increasing muscle and muscle toning. All levels welcome in this high energy and fun class.

Pilates 

Mat based Pilates , a great exercise for improving core strength , movement and flexibility. All exercises taught with a choice of 3-4 intensity levels so great for beginners through to the more experienced. 

Aerobics Class

Pump

Need to improve your bone density? This is a fantastic class for increasing strength and bone density using weights . The class covers all major muscle groups , you choose the weight and intensity that you work at!

For those who need more flexibility we have the option to pay as you go for the majority of our weekly classes* or book blocks of 10 classes. Pay As You Go classes can be paid in person on the day. Block bookings must be pre-purchased.

Our unique Pilates, Barre Pilates*, Mindful Movement & Core and Aerial Yoga* classes are all offered on either a Pay As You Go basis or you can block book 6 classes at a time.
