THE EQUIPMENT

Balance gym is fully equipped with the latest equipment, which includes Concept 2 skier and rower bikes, Cross trainers and treadmills. We have a range of resistance machines, our free weights finish at 35kg and our weight plates finish at 100kg.

Our small team of instructors are experienced and highly qualified. Skill sets include personal training, nutrition, lifestyle management, mental health, meditation, GP referrals, Menopause and stress management. We are here to help and guide you on every step of your well-being journey.

THE PROGRAMMES

We offer individual training programmes for everyone, including those with serious underlying health issues. We offer a full induction, health check and programme reviews and updates. Lift lean is our ultimate weight loss program which runs quarterly.
