Our Lift Lean programme is a 12 week health and fitness programme designed to help you take control of your journey to feeling fitter and healthier. You’ll learn all about working with your body, instead of against it. Understanding your natural cycle - harnessing energy on a strong day and resting on off days. With us you’ll create the foundations for instilling healthy lifestyle habits from day one - we’ll share our knowledge, expertise and mindset techniques that will stay with you for life.
ONE WOMAN WELLNESS
COMING SOON! This programme is designed for women who are on their menopause journey–created by Body Balance founder, Kim, who is a qualified Women's Health Practitioner. It is a 6 week progamme that will cover hormones, exercise, diet & nutrition, toxins, stress management and sleep.
